Yesterday, I bought one of the KVM vps assigned to jessie nodes.All day will not boot.

I wasn’t able to reach the links from the emails and I called for tech support. These guys where awesome and helped me all the way thru each process and took the time even if I wasn’t sure what they were asking me to do. Great support and easy web page builder and domain name included with the price.

Never go for this hosting company.

I ordered a package and within 2 weeks got cancelled for no reason without warning I couldn’t even take a backup or get one via talking on live chat.

and a review for the staff,
I was on live chat to one of the representatives and they could not even speak a word of English, I could quote this rude welcoming. “wht do u wnt n hw cud i help u ?” – not a very nice company seems to be ran by kids.

Also they are running some promotions like free one month or for existing clients who had suffered from services as 2 free months and many more.

Over the past few years we have tried out many hosting companies. Last year we decided to sign up with M2host.com hosting, because we needed a new hosting account and wanted to try out something new. It was a good choice. We never had any problem with them, I have contacted the technical support only once with a minor issue. Server speed is great, and the uptime is well. In these 8 months of hosting I never saw my sites down. Hope this will stay for long.

I highly recommend using their service.

i was customer of their reseller and they suspend my account as a reason of spamming and actually there is a plugin sending new post notification to members, they suspend my account on friday and not give me any data to change my server and said that we will give backup on monday,because of tech staff will be availablity, this is their so called 24/7 support..
